outstanding calibre of its people. Part of the Customade group we operate from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility based
in Follingsby.
We are now looking to recruit two Production Supervisors to join our team.
In these new roles, you will assist in the management of our production department, leading an experienced team in your respective
area. With responsibility for meeting production targets, you will maintain our right first-time’ approach, cultivating a safe,
efficient, and cost- effective production environment, motivating and supporting the team.
With previous relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally at a supervisory level, you will possess excellent
communication and organisation skills. You will have a resilient and flexible approach with adaptability to handle production
schedules and changing priorities.
What we offer:
Salary: £15.32ph (£30,869pa)
Hours: 38.75hrs Monday to Thursday 6.45am-4pm, Fri 6.45am–11.45am
