Crynodeb
The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent and will have strong customer service skills, a professional and confident telephone manner, and good organizational and keyboard skills. Some experience in clinical or document typing would be an advantage. You will require good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and be able to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations.
