I am now looking for a passionate and dedicated Home Manager to lead and excel in providing outstanding care a boutique luxury care and nursing home in Bedford. The service is due to open shortly and will be home to 35 people.

The home is run by a family-owned group and you will be well supported in this job, with consistent support from a dedicated Head Office Team. They offer great development opportunities and a brilliant and comprehensive induction process.

In this Registered Manager role you will:

• Provide inspirational leadership and management
• Cultivate an outstanding staff team to rapidly establish the home as the number one nursing home in Bedford
• Demonstrate a flair for marketing and community engagement
• Have a focus on compliance, working towards an outstanding CQC rating
• The determination to deliver top hotel standards of service

For this post you must have:

• A demonstrable track record of care home leadership with proven results in terms of CQC rating, consistently high occupancy, successful recruitment and customer reviews
• Experience in successful commissioning of a new home, driving occupancy, recruitment and reputation in the local community would be great
• An understanding of business objectives, demonstrating the skill to drive profits
• Experience in developing fruitful relationships with health and social services professionals and key community figures
