Radis Community Care are recruiting for a Team Leader to support our 2 schemes, Baird Lodge, Ely and Ness Court, Burwell.

You must have a UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role.

About the role

As a Team Leader you will provide support to our extra care complex, providing specialised support to individuals. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.

You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions / meetings and support to the Care Workers. The role will require you to schedule / allocate work to the Care Workers ensuring personal care and all care tasks are client specific. You will also support with medication, personal care tasks and operation tasks with the Service Manager.

You will also be required participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis’ housing related support duties when emergency cover is required.

    Skills and Qualifications required for the role

    Previous experience as a Team Leader will be advantageous but not essential. You will have good written and verbal commination skills and have a willingness to learn in line with clients needs and expectations.

    This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A driving licence with access to a vehicle will also be required for the role.
