Salary: OTE £42,000 (uncapped) per annum
Location: Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, Chiswick London W4 5YT
Hours: 45.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota basis (1 in 2 Sundays)

What you will be doing:
We are looking for career-minded, motivated and enthusiastic individuals who aspire to work at the pinnacle of the motorcycle
industry.
* Strive to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
* To appraise, verify and negotiate the purchase of part-exchange vehicles
* Proactive use of the database for customer follow-ups to maximise sales
* Accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales. Chase up the progress on sold orders
* Enthusiastic Interest towards ongoing training and development, ensuring all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional
information is obtained and understood
What we need from you:
* "A" motorcycle licence essential
* Previous experience working within the industry is preferred
* Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
* The ability to listen, understand and interpret our customers’ needs
* Be self-driven, motivated and determined. Excellent timekeeping and punctuality are a must
* Proficient IT including MS Office
