Purpose of the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Operations team as an Application Training Manager (ATM). The ATM role is critical
to the successful delivery of Meddbase to our clients. The ATM will work alongside the wider Operations team consisting of Client
Success, Support, Solution Engineering, Account Management and Project Management to provide increased value to our clients.



The ATM is responsible for delivering training to a wide variety of Meddbase users, both internally and externally. Application
training aims to ensure all users are confident in configuring and using the Meddbase application. In addition to delivering
training virtually and in-person, the successful applicant will maintain the Meddbase knowledgebase and training video repository.
Therefore, the ability to explain complex ideas accurately, comprehensively, and clearly using written and verbal communication is
essential.

world of SaaS in the healthcare domain. We are looking for someone with previous experience in software training ideally at a B2B
software company in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

* Provide structured virtual and in-person training to a variety of stakeholders including system administrators, superusers,
administrator and clinical end users and internal members of staff.
* Delivering bespoke, ad-hoc training for Meddbase users focussed on client needs and workflows.
* Host ‘Live Events’ demonstrating new and existing system workflows and functionality.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders including QA, solutions engineers, project managers, account managers and the product team
to ensure training remains relevant and accurate.
* Playing a key role in the onboarding of clients as well as ongoing relationship management to ensure high levels of client
satisfaction.
* Creating and maintaining knowledgebase articles detailing system functionality, configuration options and example workflows.
* Creating structured training videos using screen capture software and recording voiceover narration.
* Problem solve and contribute to building solutions to client issues and requirements.




Person Specification

Experience

* Experience in software training explaining complex topics and ensuring learner understanding.
* Knowledge of the private and occupational healthcare sector is helpful.
* Experience using TechSmith Camtasia software.
* A minimum of 1 years of experience in a training/teaching role preferably in the healthcare industry using SaaS software.

* Excellent written and verbal communication able to engage an audience virtually or in-person.
* Ability to ‘think on your feet’, problem-solve and adjust training in real-time to meet an audience’s needs.
* Tailoring training content to meet the needs of different audiences.

* Proven ability to succeed in a high growth, fast moving role.

* Ability to work autonomously whilst reporting to direct management as required, including reporting on key training statistics
including client satisfaction.
* A high level of attention to detail.
