Application Support Analyst

Hyde is looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst.

As an Application Support Analyst at Hyde, you will be working within the Product Management team to ensure the stability, functionality, and efficiency of Hyde’s software applications.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve user-reported issues related to applications promptly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Interact with end-users to understand their application-related needs and challenges.
Provide training and support to users to enhance their understanding of applications.
Provide assistance with configuration, testing, and deployment of application/software changes/releases through formal change management processes.
Ensure applications/software environments are fully maintained with appropriately supported updates, patches, and/or service packs in line with corporate system maintenance policies.
Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience in application support, troubleshooting, and user interaction.
Experience conducting root cause analysis (RCA).
Experience working within housing, local authority, facilities management or property management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of end-users.
