Crynodeb
We are currently looking to recruit a ‘Project Delivery Lead’ for our newest client in the Rhayader area. This is a well-established company who pride themselves on delivering high-quality products in their field. This is a full time position with a starting rate of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are as follows:
• Monday – Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00
• £17.25 - £19.73 per hour
Main roles and responsibilities
• Lead the Project Management team
• Manage and allocate Project Management Team workload to relevant members of staff
• Monitor and liaise with all internal department on project status’
• Liaise with customer on project delivery status where appropriate
• Support the internal commercial team with information to allow timely discussion on status and issues
• Write any/all proposals as required
• Lead project review meetings where appropriate
• Support the continuous improvement processes
• Travel to client’s sites to attend client meetings, where needed
• Support Development of new business streams.
• Any other reasonable task requested by the Company.
Qualities we look for in a candidate
• Must have previous working experience within a similar role
• Previous experience within an engineering position is essential
• Proven experience within project management is desirable
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to portray complex, technical concepts to a diverse range of team members.
