Crynodeb
Duties include - Assisting with the administration of HR and Health & Safety programs and processes (alongside our external H & S advisor); maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations; co-ordinate recruitment including posting vacancies, screening resumes and assisting with interviews; assist with employee training and development; provide support in employee relation matters including conflict resolution; keep up to date on HR best practices; maintain H & S records and ensuring training is kept up to date and scheduled in as necessary.
Skills required include - Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work on own initiative; excellent communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality & professionalism; strong organisation skills and effective prioritisation; knowledge of employment laws and regulations; ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Monday to Friday 8.30a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with half hours unpaid lunch break
Free parking on site and garden centre/store discount. 21 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.
