Job Title: Supported Living Service Manager
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Are you a dedicated and experienced manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning difficulties? We are currently seeking a dynamic Supported Living Service Manager to oversee our facility in Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of support staff to ensure the delivery of person-centered care and support
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each resident
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies and procedures
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff scheduling, budget management, and health and safety
• Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Provide leadership and support to staff through regular supervision, training, and performance management
Requirements:
• Previous management experience in a similar role, preferably within the social care sector
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification, or willingness to work towards this qualification
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with learning difficulties
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of all residents
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing social care services
