Are you a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist looking for a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference? Lakeview Care Home is seeking a self-employed Massage Therapist to join our team on a flexible schedule of 1 to 2 days per week.
Role Overview: As a Massage Therapist at Lakeview, you will provide tailored massage therapies that cater to the individual needs and preferences of our residents. Your expertise will help enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of our elderly residents, providing them with therapeutic benefits that improve mobility, relieve pain, and reduce stress.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised massage therapy sessions to our residents.
Adapt techniques to meet the health requirements and comfort levels of each resident.
Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Maintain accurate and confidential session notes.
Requirements:
Certified Massage Therapist with relevant qualifications.
Experience in working within a care home environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with a compassionate and resident-focused approach.
