Summary
Job Description: Office Admin Support 9.30-2.30 Wed, Thurs and Fri. Can be negotiable on times on these days.
Joining the already established office team, we are looking for a new team member to assist with the following tasks,
General Administration, keeping files up to date.
Answering the telephone and replying to emails.
Message taking, dealing with enquiries as well as using our Diary entry systems to log queries, updates and information as required.
Authorizing absences and annual leave when requested by staff in accordance with company policy.
Assist with rostering, call covering and setting up new packages on all systems.
Assisting with the onboarding process of new staff, DBS checks and booking training courses.
Ordering and monitoring PPE and office stationery supplies.
Some basic Sage duties may be required to assist finance manager.
Maintains regular contact with Service Users, carrying out telephone reviews and updating client records OOH (out of hours) and Care Support (telephone based and off site) Lone worker end of day check, sickness checks and possible rostering required.
