Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday

Our nurturing learning environments cater for students aged 11-16 years at our school and 16-24 years at our Post-16 Provision.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team. As an SEN Teacher at Buzz Learning, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised learning experiences and support to students with Special Educational Needs. You will have the opportunity to work with students aged 11-24, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally in line with our inclusive ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of our young people.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the personal and academic development of all young people.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic needs of students are met effectively.
Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies to facilitate student progress and achievement.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Special Education Needs (SEN) or relevant subject area.
Proven experience working with students with SEN, preferably within a school or college setting.
Strong understanding of SEN principles, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
