Job Overview:

We have an opportunity for an Analyst to join the Finance Team.

You will be responsible for analysing various data and provide valuable insights for the operations team This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand hiring needs, developing recruitment plans, and implementing effective sourcing and selection techniques. This is a fully office based role so the successful candidate should be based within a commutable distance to our head office. Some travel may be required as part of this role.



Key Responsibilities:



Data analysis and reporting.
To collaborate with senior management to develop strategies in line with organisational goals and objectives.
Identify emerging trends and best practices.
General accounting processes.


Experience / Qualification:

Good excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, all internal departments and external agencies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
