Our Healthcare division solutions use leading-edge technologies - including mobile, wearables, instant messaging, and machine learning - to radically redesign services and the way clinicians and patients interact together.

As a Telesales Executive or Inside Sales Executive as we call it, you will be instrumental to the overall success of the business, responsible for new business and overseeing a portfolio of territory-based customer accounts for modular sales.

In this role, you will focus on selling the smaller components within our wider Electronic Patient Records (EPR) portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall account management strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead the whole sales lifecycle process, including initial prospect engagement through to negotiation and closing of business and be capable of engaging senior level (e.g. Board level executives) prospects.
  • Focus on how to manage modular accounts to maximise pipeline in whitespace across the markets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and challenges, aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the UK healthcare IT landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders associated with your product lines.
  • Communicate client needs and ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Work with team during high turnover period to maximise sales across the business.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals, confidently articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver a seamless and positive client experience that contributes to exceptional NPS scores, increased business value, and demonstrable results.
  • Proactively manage expectations and anticipate challenges, effectively navigating potential conflicts and roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Healthcare IT account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Skilled in online communication, proficient in delivering sales pitches and presentations through virtual meetings.
  • Adept at utilising various online channels to prospect, qualify, and close deals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare IT market and its key players.
  • A consultative style of selling able to identify values and solutions to client problems.
  • Ability to research and provide market intelligence information, setting up many different channels to assist with marketing and sales strategy tactics.
