We are seeking a skilled individual to join our client based in Halifax as a Wet Paint Sprayer. If you have experience in using paint spraying equipment and a dedication to achieving exceptional finishes, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
Operate paint spraying equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
Adjust spray nozzles, pressure settings, and other variables to achieve desired finishes.
Monitor paint levels and equipment performance, performing routine maintenance as needed.
Ensure that all painting work meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive setting.
Proficiency in operating paint spraying equipment and understanding of paint mixing and application techniques.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
This will be rotating shifts between mornings and afternoons.
