If you are a qualified EYFS teacher who is looking to upgrade their career to a Room Co-Ordinator, for a part time permanent position, our expert team of consultants work with a variety of settings and will be there 24/7 to help you along with our online, easy onboarding process. The school is looking to appoint a Room Co-Ordinator who will bring joy, passion and expertise to the role and fully support their ethos.

We are looking for a Room Co-Ordinator with the following:
• Preferrable Room Leader Experience
• Be a positive role model to our children and your team
• The desire to work for an organisation that respects creativity.
• A strong EYFS knowledge.
• A calm, patient and caring persona
• Good communication skills
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
