Job Details

  • Setting and managing a colleagues annual and monthly objectives, ensuring that annual PDR's are conducted within our best practice time frames
  • Ensuring each colleague receives a monthly 121 to address performance, and provide monthly coaching and development plans
  • Managing all HR related issues in line with best practice
  • Ensuring colleagues are accurately reserved in line with our reserving philosophy and ensuring payments are authorised with our SLA's
  • Overseeing guidance and advice in respect of technical referrals
  • Managing departmental/team complaint handling and conducting audits




Skills we would love you to have

  • Demonstratable leadership and coaching experience (claims/insurance experience a bonus)
  • Track record of driving and delivering results, with a strong customer focus
  • Committed to own self development and that of colleagues
