Job Title: Handyperson
Location: Rainham
We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Handyperson to join our client's team in Rainham. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card, own their tools, and have previous experience in general maintenance work and masticing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance, repairs, and groundworks tasks.
- Masticing
- Install products and equipment as needed.
- Conduct basic painting and decorating tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the work area.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card.
- Own tools required for maintenance tasks.
- Previous experience in general maintenance work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
