Crynodeb
Maintains a good clinical understanding of Critical Care, Organ Support, ICNARC and CCMDS reporting. Ensure practice is in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and work within limits of competence. Assist the Senior Nursing Team in maintaining standards of nursing practice, through the administration, maintenance, and customisation of the CCEPR. Advise/supervise junior staff in the correct use of the CCEPR. To ensure the effective use of information technology for the benefit of patient care in accordance with the Trusts Cyber Code of Conduct. To ensure the confidentiality of information (written, verbal, electronic) is maintained, whilst being aware of the Freedom for Information Act. To support in the plan, develop and implement approaches to promote health and wellbeing. To ensure that clinical records and documentation are maintained accurately. To minimise hazards in the working area and report any identifiable hazards to the line manager. To adhere to all safe systems of work applicable to the work area. To ensure that relevant Trust policies and procedures are adhered to by all staff. Please see the attached job description for full details.
