The opportunity ?
We are currently looking for a talented Catering Manager to lead our catering & hostess team at our beautiful residential, nursing & dementia care home in Evesham, Worcester.

The day to day ?
You will have passion & ambition to continue to develop outstanding, nutritious menus, elegantly presented in our beautiful dining rooms.
Leading from the front, you will inspire, coach, and develop the catering & hostess team to always deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Responsible for creating freshly prepared & locally sourced nutritional seasonal menus.
You will work alongside our Clinical teams to create menus and cater to residents’ individual dietary needs and preferences.
Supporting our vibrant Activities teams you will create fun & exciting dining experiences that enrich the wonderful lifestyle within our home.
Responsible for stock control within the kitchen and liaising with suppliers/management to maintain correct stock levels.
With strong organisational & problem-solving skills, you will ensure that all company policies, procedures, and budgets are adhered to.
You will also ensure that all relevant Health & Safety guidelines such as COSHH and HACCP are strictly followed.
As part of the role, you may be required to work regular weekends.
Your experience & qualifications ?
Previous experience in a catering environment (Essential)
NVQ Level 4 in Catering (Essential)
Menu planning to cater to specific & prescribed dietary needs (incl modified textures & therapeutic diets)
Experience in achieving food margins, successful budgeting, stock ordering & control.
Management experience leading a catering team is preferred.
A talented communicator, someone who will build great relationships with their team, the wider Majesticare family & external stakeholder, residents and their families.
This role will be subject to an enhanced criminal record check.
