Hours: Full-time
We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our 2 small residential care homes and 2 supported living homes for adults with learning disabilities. Our homes provide a safe, supportive, and caring environment for service users to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the homes, ensuring that our service users receive high-quality care and support.
Ensure that the homes are fully compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of support staff, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and committed to providing excellent care.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and manage the home's budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Must have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Must have a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, compliance and standards.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Must be organised and able to manage a complex workload, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Must have a commitment to providing person-centred care and support.
Due to the nature of our business and the role the successful candidate, it will be preferable to be in possession of a full valid UK driving licence.
