Finance Technician (G5)

Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Technician (G5) to join our team. As a Finance Technician, you will play a critical role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the financial success of our organization.

Responsibilities
Process, verify, and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and address inquiries
Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and analyzing financial data
Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £13.02
Location: Lincolnshire, East Midlands
