I am currently representing my esteemed client, Europe's leading provider of Warranty and Mechanical Breakdown solutions. My client's roots started as a small French company; they rapidly expanded into an international group driven by expertise in the automotive industry and unwavering dedication to quality, innovation, and top-tier customer service. They are currently seeking two experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrators to join their expanding team

Within this Claims Warranty Advisor, your typical duties include:
- Verify and process warranty claim submissions.
- Deliver customer service support to dealer partners and authorised repairers.
- Foster and maintain relationships with main dealer workshops and authorised repairers.
- Facilitate communication between customers and repairers.
- Evaluate incoming claims via email or online channels.
- Ensure claims, capped at £700, comply with terms and conditions before authorisation or rejection.
To be considered for this Claims Warranty Advisor, you will:
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
- Have general PC skills & experience in MS Office
- Experience in policies / claims / insurance or any automotive experience will be considered.
