Contract Type: Part Time and Term Time Only
Working Hours: 16 hours spread over 4 days, some hybrid working

We, the English and Maths Skills Development Department, support and develop learners to become the best they can be and we are looking for an administrator to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team.



Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Processing enquiry paperwork and arranging first interview with a specialist teacher
Auditing support paperwork at regular intervals.
Communicating with learners, parents and tutors
Issuing and collating all feedback from students
Compilation of data from team processes and student referrals
Managing and maintaining a waiting list and the staff Teams site
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and students
A willingness to proactively share good practice across the department and organisation
To be able to plan and prioritise own workload to achieve agreed objectives
Positive and proactive in responding to the needs of the college, students and other staff
