Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a CMM Inspector to work in their leading facility in Willenhall.
For the successful CMM Inspector our client is offering:
• Competitive annual salary depending on experience, ranging from £30,420 - £34,476 per annum
• 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 1pm Friday - 39 hours per week
• Permanent position

The role - CMM Inspector:
• To perform CMM inspection using Aberlink software
• Competently operate CMM equipment
• Create and write CMM programs to measure components in CNC mode.
• Manually measure parts using verniers, micrometres, gauges, callipers etc.
• Working with various materials including aluminium, steel, castings, cast iron etc.
• Competently read and interpret technical drawings to include geometric features/tolerances.
• Document any quality issues and report any non-conformances.
• Write COFC's (certificates of conformity), ISIR's (Initial Sample Inspection Reports) and FAIR's (First Article Inspection Reports).
• Compile detailed inspection reports.
What our client is looking for in a CMM Inspector;
• Must have CMM programming experience - ESSENTIAL
• Must be familiar with Aberlink software - ESSENTIAL
• Ability to work from technical drawings - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent knowledge of FAIRS - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent attention to detail
