Summary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Human Resources Advisers to join our excellent HR Team at Harper Adams University.

Working with the HR Business Partner and a fellow HR Advisor, this role will provide professional advice and guidance on employee relations, wellbeing and equality, diversity & inclusion, playing a key part in supporting the development of our Human Resources services in an exciting time of development for the University.

To be successful you will have experience of working in a HR advisory role, managing a varied employee relations workload. Experience in supporting absence management cases is essential as is the ability to manage competing priorities whilst delivering a professional customer focused HR service.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to the University’s continuously evolving HR agenda and to bring your own specialist knowledge to provide valuable input into the broader aspects of human resource management. You will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other Professional Services and the wider University and will possess a proactive, positive, and forward-thinking approach to all that you do.

If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, are motivated by improvements to process and delivery and are able to build strong working relationships with all members of the community we would love to hear from you!
