They are seeking a skilled individual with a minimum of 4 years' experience to lead the production of civil infrastructure designs, encompassing drainage, roads, and sewer systems for new build residential projects.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects ranging from £350k to £45m in value, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders from inception to completion. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Produce concept and detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on residential developments.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including Highways and Sewer authorities, to provide cost-effective solutions.
- Attend project meetings with Local Authorities and Drainage officers, representing the company.
- Assist in the management, development, and training of junior team members.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients on a daily basis.
- Utilize AutoCAD, PDS, and Micro Drainage software for design tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
- HNC or degree qualification in Civil Engineering
- Clean driving license
- Strong communication and workload management skills
- Proficiency in Windes and Microdrainage software
- Experience in Sewer Hydraulic design for residential housing schemes
- Knowledge of S38 / S104 / S218 regulations and Highways design standards
