We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for the post holder to join one of the country’s largest acute NHS Trusts as an End of Life Care Facilitator.
Our hospital hosts a staff team of more than 16,000 people is the biggest of any acute Trust in the country.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated nurse to undertake this role to facilitate End of life care education / training and take part in exciting collaborative development of End of life care improvement initiatives across the Royal London Hospital and the communities it serves.
A passion for education is vital and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. Integral to the role, the post holder will work creatively to deliver face to face / virtual education: delivering role specific end of life care training, facilitating enhanced communication skills training and delivering advance care planning training. Quality Improvement projects will be linked to the Barts Health End of Life Care Strategy collaboratively
With the support of the Network Palliative Care Team the post holder will develop links at both the strategic and operational level to ensure a supportive and coherent approach to the implementation of palliative / end of life care principles that reflect national and local guidance
