Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and motivated experienced Band 5 Paediatric Nurses to join our award-winning team.

Rainbow centre is a lively forward-thinking unit providing a service to a diverse and multi-cultural area of east London. Rainbow Centre consists of 18 acute beds caring for children aged between 0-16 years with acute nursing and medical needs. We have an Outpatient department and a Day care unit.

The staff are renowned for their friendliness and can-do attitude and always extend a warm welcome to new members and visitors to the unit.

To provide the highest standard of individualised and holistic patient and family centred care, in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team. The post holder will work within the NMC Code, trust policies, guidance and procedures to ensure safe working practice.

We offer a robust preceptorship programme and an onsite internal development programme. We work closely with our Higher Education partners and support nurses reach their full potential.

As well as supporting our staff’s professional development we also offer a New Well-being space, outside areas including designated garden areas as well as fitness classes including a running group.

At Barts Health, we enable flexible working patterns where possible and are involved in developing self-rostering.

All candidates successfully shortlisted will be asked to attend the recruitment day onSaturday 11thMay.

Interviews will occur on the day and successful candidates will receive a verbal offer of employment on the day.

We are offering a £1000 bonus to all successful candidates interviewed at the Recruitment Day.

The payment will be made in 2 instalments which will be subject to normal statutory deductions for tax and National Insurance
