Summary

Rate of pay: from age related national minimum wage to £12.15 per hour

Holidays: 5.6 weeks per annum (pro rata)
We are looking for a male Personal Assistant for a 21-year-old male who is Autistic and lives at the family home. They require a PA who can understand and adapt to the circumstances, safeguarding a vulnerable individual with Autism.
The PA would be to assist this young gent with things he can`t do, encourage and help him make life fun and engaging, providing/ attending activities within his range. Their hobbies are cooking, crafts, digital and hand drawings, golf, bowling, beach walks, shopping and spending time outdoors. The family would like to introduce them to swimming.
The role is flexible and the PA would need to adapt to the short notice.
There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be male/female in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010 schedule 9 paragraphs 1 – 4.
