Experience: Production experience essential, preferably in the food industry
Role Overview:
As a Line Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team to achieve production targets and ensure smooth operations on the
production line. Working closely with the Supervisor, you will be responsible for meeting daily production requirements and
maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* - Lead and supervise a team to ensure production targets are met.
* - Coordinate with the Supervisor to understand daily production requirements.
* - Ensure the smooth operation of the production line, addressing any issues promptly.
* - Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.
* - Train and develop team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* - Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
* - Previous production experience, preferably in the food industry.
* - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* - Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* - Flexibility to work shifts as required.
