Summary
About The Role
Leading a team of cleaners at various prestigious customer sites. Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.
You will also:
- Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
- Organise rotas to cover holidays/sickness as well completing site audits and other paperwork
- Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
- Assist with training
- Carry out general cleaning duties as required.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Experience in a cleaning supervisory role
- BICS qualification preferred
- Strong people management skills
- A general understanding of Health and Safety legislation
