Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Mobile Relief Supervisor to join our team. As a Mobile Relief Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our mobile relief team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the mobile relief team, ensuring that all tasks and assignments are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of resources and activities
Respond to operational issues and emergencies, implementing appropriate solutions and ensuring minimal disruption to service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities, including reports, incident logs, and service requests
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.92
