to oversee our bustling mobile phone, computer/laptop repair, and sales shop in
London!

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Excellence: Enhance sales by delivering top-notch customer service,
understanding what the customer needs, and recommending the right mobile
phones and computer products.
Marketing Initiatives: Play a role in marketing efforts to boost product
visibility, sales, and promotions through different channels.
Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with the newest mobile phone and
computer models to help educate customers and provide sound
recommendations.
Customer Relations: Develop strong customer relationships with effective
communication and problem-solving, and follow up on transactions.
Inventory Management: Keep an eye on inventory levels to ensure products
are in stock and assist with ordering.
Technical Support: Assist customers with technical questions about mobile
phones, computer devices, and accessories.
Shop Operations: Manage shop opening and closing procedures,
maintaining a secure environment.
Maintenance: Regularly update displays, restock shelves, and maintain stock
information to improve shop appearance.
Safety and Security: Maintain shop safety and security, following protocols.
Store Presentation: Help with the shop’s visual merchandising to create a
welcoming environment.
Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, procedures, and
regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
Sales and Marketing Experience: Have a background in mobile phone and
computer product sales, with knowledge of marketing strategies.
Technical Skills: Be proficient in diagnosing and repairing mobile phones
and computers.
