Job Role: Shop Supervisor
Are you a dynamic and experienced professional with a knack for managing retail
operations? If so, Zee Mobile Exchange is looking for a dedicated Shop Supervisor
to oversee our bustling mobile phone, computer/laptop repair, and sales shop in
London!
Full Time, Permanent!
Job Responsibilities:
 Sales Excellence: Enhance sales by delivering top-notch customer service,
understanding what the customer needs, and recommending the right mobile
phones and computer products.
 Marketing Initiatives: Play a role in marketing efforts to boost product
visibility, sales, and promotions through different channels.
 Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with the newest mobile phone and
computer models to help educate customers and provide sound
recommendations.
 Customer Relations: Develop strong customer relationships with effective
communication and problem-solving, and follow up on transactions.
 Inventory Management: Keep an eye on inventory levels to ensure products
are in stock and assist with ordering.
 Technical Support: Assist customers with technical questions about mobile
phones, computer devices, and accessories.
 Shop Operations: Manage shop opening and closing procedures,
maintaining a secure environment.
 Maintenance: Regularly update displays, restock shelves, and maintain stock
information to improve shop appearance.
 Safety and Security: Maintain shop safety and security, following protocols.
 Store Presentation: Help with the shop’s visual merchandising to create a
welcoming environment.
 Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, procedures, and
regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
 Sales and Marketing Experience: Have a background in mobile phone and
computer product sales, with knowledge of marketing strategies.
 Technical Skills: Be proficient in diagnosing and repairing mobile phones
and computers.
 Customer-Centric Attitude: Possess strong communication skills and a
dedication to exceptional customer service.
 Adaptability: Stay informed about the latest trends and product
advancements.
 Team Collaboration: Work well within a team to meet store objectives.
