Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Working Mobile Fabric Supervisors to join our growing engineering family, working in a challenging and diverse role where no two days are the same. Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Reporting to the Fabric Programme Manager you will be responsible for scoping and pricing fabric repairs as part of a rolling programme across a large Retail portfolio. You will allocate work to you team, ensure that all materials and equipment have been assessed, ordered and delivery planned.
You will organise purchase orders, reconcile invoices and delivery dockets and you will undertake quality assurance checks of work completed by the Regional Fabric team, including snagging as required. You will be required to complete site by site reporting, completion evidence and seek customer feedback.
You should be capable of working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements, ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
You will be required respond to and resolve customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
You will have a full current driving licence and willing to travel, be IT literate (competent in the use of standard MS Office applications) have good customer service skills and be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
You'll need to be highly self-motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to lead and develop your team.
