Summary
Sisko Group are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in basic supermarket refrigeration equipment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in refrigeration systems, electrical fault finding, and possess an F-gas qualification.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on supermarket refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues with refrigeration systems.
• Replace faulty components, including PCBs and compressors, efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with F-gas regulations and maintain accurate records of refrigerant usage.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing updates on repair progress and recommendations for system improvements.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Demonstrate strong work ethics, professionalism, and integrity in all aspects of the job.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the refrigeration trade, specifically with supermarket refrigeration equipment.
• F-gas qualification is required.
• Proficient in electrical fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
