Mrs B’s is a fast-growing and highly recommended dog grooming salon in the vibrant centre of Headingley. We are a very friendly team of dog lovers that take great pride in what we do. We enjoy spending time together, both in and out of work and are proud of the supportive and inclusive work environment we have created.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our growing team at our modern salon in Headingley, Leeds.
We have ambitious growth plans and the opportunity for promotion to Salon Manager is there for the right candidate.
Salary: Up to £23,000 (Full time) dependant on age and experience + bonus scheme, 29 days paid annual leave, workplace pension scheme, staff discounts.
About you:
You will be an experienced receptionist looking for their next challenge
You will be punctual and reliable
You will be comfortable with office technology including MS Word and Excel
You will be an animal lover who will always prioritise the welfare and safety of our canine customers
You will be able to give our clients an exceptional experience and understand their requirements
Duties include:
Diary and booking management - we use Square Appointments (full training will be given if required)
Rota planning
Answering the telephone
Online bookings
Social media queries
Customer service
General office administration
