Are you looking for an opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading property developers specialising in providing construction, services and property management expertise in the residential sector?
You will be part of the MEP team working on a £30M M&E package covering a 13 storey residential block in East London. You will be tasked with providing expertise on preconstruction, design and delivery of services carrying out the full project coordination and management of M&E services from inception through to installation and handover.
Preferably degree educated or a minimum HND level in a relevant field with a good level of experience working for at least 7 years within main contracting/house building.
A bias towards Mechanical engineering with a good understanding of Electrical installations would be desirable. The role will include the coordination of the installation of Mechanical and Electrical services and management of on-site M&E Sub-contractors.
