WDE Recruitment are looking for a Cook/Chef to join one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK. You will be working for the MOJ so you will need a Basic DBS Certificate. Must reside in the UK and hold the relevant Right to work documents.
Responsibilities for Chef position
Food safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
Meal preparation: Skilled in planning, prepping, and executing meals for large groups of 20 people
Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals in a timely manner
Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards as well as maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Experience needed for Chef position
Proven experience working as a Chef/Cook in a restaurant or culinary setting
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
You must have your own Chef whites and DBS Certificate. This is temp-perm position. Immediate start for the right candidate.
Working times: Saturday & Sunday, 13.00 - 18.00; 10hrs a week
PAYE £14.50 phr (inclusive of holiday)
