Leisure Services – Inspiring Members to Live Active Lives
At Wiltshire Council, we are dedicated in improving the lives of our communities. We love inspiring our members to live an active life, delivering amazing fitness experiences and services across our centres.
To do this, we recruit the best Lifeguards who take pride in having one of the most important jobs in our centres - keeping our swimmers safe and happy in and around the water.
As a Lifeguard you will have fantastic customer service and a passion for swimming and staying active. As well as supervising our members in the pool and poolside, you will support the operations team in keeping our centres clean and tidy, setting up for activity sessions and undertaking maintenance/building checks.
You will work a varying rotated pattern of shifts, which will require some evening and weekend work.
If you are interested in a career in leisure, we have fantastic training programmes that can lead to management positions, focusing on employee development.
