University residences provide accommodation to approximately 5,500 students across the university. We are committed to providing a professional, customer focused service to a wide range of people.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and reliable individual, responsible for delivering an efficient and effective maintenance service on a student residences site.

One part time, open-ended post, 22 hours per week, typically Monday & Friday 5 hours, Tuesday - Thursday 4 hours. Shifts are worked between 8.00am - 6.00pm on a rota basis.

Starting Salary: £12.16 per hour (£21,828 per annum, pro rata for hours worked).

This role is based on Campus.

The role will require a flexible approach to working hours and is based on working 5 days out of 7 each week, as required, to support the achievement of the department’s goals.
