University residences provide accommodation to approximately 5,500 students across the university. We are committed to providing a professional, customer focused service to a diverse range of people.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and driven individual to work as part of the Residences Management Team, assisting the Residences Manager, in the management of university accommodation, including the direction and management of staff. The successful candidate will also assist the Head of Residences Services in the administration / auditing requirements of the UUK Code of Practice for the Management of Student Accommodation.

This is a full time, open ended post, 35 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday.

Salary: £23,700 starting salary - £24,533 per annum (Grade 3)

Package includes 32 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays, as well as access to a range of staff discounts.

Please note this role requires you to be based on campus.
