ODS are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our award winning Waste & Recycling Team



The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team of Recycling Officers and planning future waste strategies with the waste Team . Promoting team work and ODS values with the frontline operatives to ensure effective communication and leadership.



Areas of focus for this role includes;

Leading the team on waste reduction, increased recycling projects around the City
Using excellent data to inform decisions to improve recycling and waste reduction across the City
To have Management responsibility for the Recycling Officers
Understanding the current and future waste and recycling journey, and informing papers and strategies
To provide day to day leadership and management, role modelling the ODS behaviours.
