Our client are on the lookout for a meticulous and organised Human Resources Administrator, like you, to join the team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of HR processes, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and fostering a supportive environment for their team members. While prior HR experience is a plus, they welcome candidates with a hunger to learn and grow in the field.
Are you the right person for the job?
• While 1-2 years of HR administration experience is preferred, it's not essential
• Commitment to undertaking one of our CIPD courses
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Stellar communication skills with a knack for discretion and confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management abilities
• Thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team
What will your role look like?
• Facilitate HR processes from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate on recruitment efforts, including posting job opportunities, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer benefits using our HR software
• Assist in organising and delivering training programs, prioritising health and safety initiatives
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Support the HR team in preparing essential documents and ensuring compliance with legislation
• Work closely with other departments to align HR initiatives with organisational goals
• Provide assistance to the Finance and Quality teams as needed, tackling admin tasks and special projects
