Summary
A long-standing, family-owned Construction Company specialising in groundworks, working on large projects throughout Oxfordshire and wider afield, are looking for an Administrator to assist in the daily running of their business.
Duties include: Arranging maintenance and repairs (booking vehicles in for repair) for the company's small fleet of vehicles, plant and equipment.
Keeping accurate records of vehicles including maintenance history, repairs and inspections by use of a spreadsheet.
Order necessary parts and supplies for vehicles when requested.
Ensuring MOTs and services are carried out when required.
In addition: Providing general administrative assistance when required.
The role is varied, the work environment relaxed and the position can be individualised and managed to suit the working day of the successful applicant.
Required: Good knowledge of Word and proficiency in Excel.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Working hours are negotiable (part-time hours also available) and an excellent salary for the right applicant.
