ODS are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our award winning collection service as a Waste Operations Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the teams and colleagues to deliver the safe, efficient and effective waste collection and operational services. Promoting team work and ODS values with the frontline operatives to ensure effective communication and leadership.

Areas of focus for this role includes;

Having responsibility for the safe provision of an effective and efficient waste service collection for both domestic and commercial customers.
To have supervisory responsibility for the operating team ensuring that appropriate decisions are taken and problems are resolved.
To provide day to day leadership and management for operatives, role modelling the right behaviours.
