As our Security Shift Leader, you will give them real peace of mind by keeping everyone in our hotel safe and secure.
Shift Pattern: 2 Day shifts, 2 Night shifts and 4 Offs (12 hours per shift)
We are looking for a Security Shift Leader who:
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
- Ensures employees, guests and visitors' safety and security within the hotel
- Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
- Will effectively manage the shift and be a hands-on leader
- Is well organised, an excellent communicator and committed to building and developing their team
- Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- Has previous experience in a hotel or hospitality sector as a Senior Security Officer / Shift Leader is essential
