Great opportunity to work as a Team Leader for our client- Mowi, a Salmon factory processing fish ready to deliver to end customers.
Brightwork is recruiting for Team Leaders in Dunfermline.
The rate of pay is £14.53 per hour and overtime is available paid at £21.80 per hour.
This is a full-time role and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6:30pm
Experience in a similar role is required.
Your Time at Work
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Obtaining high standards in the production area
- Motivating the team to uphold health and safety requirements
- Keeping track of production lines
- Maintaining a forward-looking mindset and being fast to respond to unforeseen circumstances
- Work closely with leaders on shift
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Team Leader will have team leader experience, kick-out operator experience (not essential), and be a problem solver. You must be happy to stand on your feet for up to 12 hours and work in a cold environment.
Team Leaders will have good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a similar role is required.
