The 3 must haves for this role: Excellent interpersonal, observational, and reporting skills, able to deal with sensitive and challenging phone calls. Confident in IT skills and using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills. Previous experience of working in an office and/or customer care environment.
